Custom Animations are handled independently (not Vgen).

Waitlist for custom animation commissions are closed due to it's already large size, but I am open for any rush orders.

IMPORTANT: a spot in the waitlist does not guarantee a commission slot.

I can decline your commission if I don't feel comfortable or confident with it. Feel free to ask beforehand if your specific request is ok.

Commissions can take anywhere from less than a week to 1-2 months, depending on how busy I am. The progress tracker is regularly updated so please feel free to check on that regarding your commission status. Feel free to also message me regarding the status of your commission, but please be patient! I will inform you should any setbacks or delays happen.

Rush order fees may apply if a due date is given too close to it's date of requesting. If a client has a change in deadline, please let me know immediately.

Payment is received upfront, I will not start until the commission is fully paid. Only pay once the commission is accepted.

Prices are in USD. Payments can be done through Paypal (invoice), or Kofi.

Commissions are for personal use only by default. Commercial use commissions are subject to discussion and additonal fees.

Twitch Alert commissions or any other streaming related commissions are to be used solely for streaming. Using the commission for merch or for any other means of direct profit will require additional payment.

Reposting is ok with direct permission and proper credits when posted. Reposting of my art that isn't commissioned by you is not allowed.

I have the rights to post your commission on social media and use it in my portfolio. If the client wishes for their commission to be private and not posted, an NDA fee will be added.

Using any of my work in cryptocurrency-based transactions, NFTs, blockchains, etc, whether for advertisement or profit, is strictly not allowed.

Rights to personal use commission pieces still belong to the artist. Commercial Use signifies that the client is able to use the work for their intended purpose, but the ownership retains with the artist.

Claiming the work as your own is not allowed. Making profit from a personal art commission it is not allowed.

Full refunds are allowed if I haven't started on the commission, provided a good reason for asking for one. As the artist I can also cancel a commission if I'm unable to complete it - full refunds will also be given if so.

50% refund is allowed after a sketch is sent.

No refunds once rendering/lineart/coloring has begun. For animations, no refunds after the sketch is sent.

Failure to respond or communicate properly can lead to a cancellation of the commission. This includes the failure to reply within a few weeks and ghosting the artist.

Rough Sketch Phase: Major revisions ok (pose, composition, etc)

Clean Sketch Phase: Minor revisions ok

Base color Phase: Color revisions okay

Render Phase: Minor revisions okay

should the client insist on a revision despite the sketch phase being over, an additional fee will be required. However, not all revision requests of this case will be granted.

Once the commission is accepted, there will be an initial payment of 20USD. This is because I can only calculate the full price once I make a rough draft. When the draft is accepted, the rest of the payment will be invoiced.

Both the rough draft and clean sketch will be sent. There will be no animation revisions after the clean sketch is approved since it's difficult to go over each frame again once it's all properly lined and rendered (color fixes are allowed).

TLDR; the process is as follows: Initial Payment (20usd) → rough draft → full payment → clean draft → render.

The final deliverables will be sent in three formats: GIF, Animated PNG, and AVI

Asking for a refund without reason or other behaviour against the terms will result in being blacklisted, so please be sure when ordering!
